Rule of Scarcity

I’m sure you’re aware of the Rule of Scarcity. It’s one of the most common sale tactics you’ll come across, both online and offline.

The Rule of Scarcity states that the perceived value of an item is greater if the item is considered to be more difficult to obtain than comparable items. Building scarcity can be done in a number of ways, but if you do it incorrectly, you can actually do your credibility more harm than good.
